etrailer Cargo Area Protector Review - 2020 Ram 1500- Video

What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at our etrailer cargo area protector on our 2020 Ram 1500. If you're like me and you put your truck through a lot, whether it's just throwing a bunch of tools with sharp edges and stuff in here that could potentially rip our seats, I also bring the kiddos down to the creek and stuff like that quite often, and they usually come out quite wet. So this is going to protect that too. We do have a waterproof material, so you don't really have to worry about that water seeping through and down to our seats. Road Comfort Front Floor Mats Review - 2015 Ram 1500- Video

Hi there hardworking RAM owners. Today in your 2015 RAM 1500, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install road comforts, all weather floor mats for the front. This is what our floor mats look like when they are installed. You can see that it is a custom fit floor mat, it molds right around our body, which helps keep our mat in place, along with the factory hold downs that it works with, and one more layer that keeps it in place. We've also got some bumps here on the bottom that dig down into the carpet and ensure that it can't move.With our floor mat here, it offers us a non-skid surface to get in and out of the vehicle, and also a place for all the dirt debris, moisture, and muck that you're dragging in with you to collect and not get onto your carpet. The raised edges here ensure that the debris stays within the floor mat, so none of that water or dirt can spill out onto the sides, and the raised edges also keep your feet up out of that muck. more

Our mats are going to be constructed out of a rubberized thermoplastic. This material holds up very well over time and any conditions you might throw at these mats. They are going to have raised sides with grip raised panels here in the middle. What that's going to do is keep any dirt and debris on the mat instead of our feet.One feature that I really like about these mats is this middle section to protect the carpet on our transmission tunnel. This is just going to keep any of that dirt and debris from making its way onto more carpet. more

Husky Liners Front and Rear Floor Mats Review - 2019 Ram 1500- Video

Today, we'll be taking a look at the Husky Liners WeatherBeater floor mats on our 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.Our mats are going to be constructed out of a rubberized thermoplastic so they'll hold us well over time and still maintain a new look. These floor mats are a little stiffer and they can be hard to maneuver when you're getting them in and out, but they're not going to slide around with foot traffic. They do have raised sides to keep all of our dirt and debris on our mat, as well as having raised channels here in the middle with a nice foot and brake pad. This is going to keep any water, dirt, or debris on the mat and not necessarily on our feet.One really awesome feature that I like about these mats is how high up they go behind our brake and our gas pedal. That's just going to keep any extra dirt and debris on the mat. more

You'll begin your installation by removing your old floor mats. Our customer here had a set of aftermarket all-weather floor mats in place, and you can see that these old ones here aren't really providing a whole lot of coverage. We do want to make sure we remove the old floor mats though, as stacking floor mats up could potentially cause your pedals to catch on them, and we don't want to put ourselves in an unsafe situation. Once you've got it removed, you can vacuum out any dirt and debris that you might have in here and then we can install our new floor mats. more

Today, on our 2013 Ram 1500, we're going to be taking a look at the Westin Sure-Fit custom floor mats, and these are available in three colors, black, gray and tan. These are going to be a major improvement over the factory style floor mats, and that's mainly because the amount of coverage that these are going to give us.So, just to compare, if I take our factory mat and lay on top, you can see how much more space these new mats are going to cover. That factory mat is just going to cover the bare minimum; as to our Westin mat, which is going to come all the way up to the front of our seat, even along the threshold here and the door, on the sides, even up underneath our pedals, and then it's raised and comes along your transmission tunnel along this side. Now, one of my favorite things about these, is how tight they're going to sit on the floor here. You're not going to have to worry about them moving around.One thing I did want to point out, for example, around this edge, it's not sitting perfectly flat how we would like it to, and that's normal. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Ram 1500, we're going to be taking a look at the Husky liners Weatherbeater custom auto floor liners for the front and rear in black, part number HL99001. They're also available in gray, using part number HL99002, and in tan, using part number HL99003. Here we have our Husky liners already in our truck and these are going to give us much more protection over the factory mats and in fact, if I actually lay the factory mat over our new liner, we can see how much more protection it's going to give us. It's going to extend well past the pedals, and farther towards the edges, keeping all the dirt and debris and water and moisture off of the carpet and on the mat. Our floor liners are custom lined, so they're gonna follow the contours of our vehicle perfectly and they're a semi-rigid shape, so they're gonna keep their shape but also lay nice and flat against the floor. The tread here is going to give us a nice traction point whenever we reach for our pedals, while the channels here are gonna divert water and debris away from our feet while the raised ribs are gonna keep our feet out of that water and keep our clothes and shoes dry.Our mats are also gonna feature the factory anchor points to keep them in place so we don't have to worry about it slipping around, but that's not the only thing that's gonna hold them down. more

Husky Liners Front and Rear Floor Mats Review - 2017 Ram 1500- Video

Speaker 1: Today in our 2017 RAM 1500, we'll be taking a look at, and installing the Husky Liners Weather Beater Custom Auto Floor Liners, part number HL99011.Now, what sets these mats apart from other contoured mats out on the market is that they're not only held in place by the contour design, but the patented stay put nibs help bite to the carpet, and then keep the mats secure, and prevent them from sliding around.As you can see, our factory format didn't provide us with very much coverage. We actually have dirt that managed to work it's way underneath the mat. So before we put our new mat in place, we'll vacuum out the old dirt. Now we'll take our mat, slide it underneath our pedals, and drop it down into place.It extends over our threshold, goes up, and that goes all the way up the firewall, and extends behind our brake, and our gas pedal. We have this raised edge, which goes down against our transmission tunnel, and then back against our seat tracks, and what this will give us is a nice spill way to collect any spills that may occur. We have these nice channels here to help direct and divert water away from our feet, so we don't have to worry about our feet slipping off the pedals as we drive.We have a thicker area here, where our heel will rest when we're pressing on our gas pedal, or our brake pedal, and then we have a nice, really thick textured padded area here for our left foot to rest. more

Today on our 2016 Ram 1500 crew cab, we're going to be doing a testing on the Aries StyleGuard custom auto floor liners for the front. They're available in black, part number AADG013115B, in gray, part number AADG013115G, and finally in tan, part number AADG013115T. To begin our test, let's go ahead and take a look at the coverage that our factory floor mat has to offer us. You can see that it's rugged, it does offer full coverage, but there still may be some spills or messes that can get on our carpet. Let's go ahead and take it out. We're just going to disconnect it from the factory point here, and over here, and then pull it out. Then we can vacuum up any dirt or debris that we might have in the way. Then we can bring in our new Aries StyleGuard floor mat. more

Today on our 2016 Ram 1500, we'll be doing a test fit of the Husky Liners classic custom auto floor liners for the rear. These are in black with part number HL60821, in grey with part number HL60822, and finally in tan with part number HL60823. These are the covers that our factory floor mat offers us. As you can see, it covers most of our floor, but there's a still an opportunity for dirt and debris to spill out onto the floor. Husky WeatherBeater Front Center Hump Floor Liner Review - 2017 Ram 1500- Video

Today in our 2017 Ram 1500, we'll be taking a look at the Husky Liners WeatherBeater custom floor liner for the front center hump in tan, part number HL83703. This is also available in grey, part number HL83702, and in black, part number HL83701. Here we have our floor liner installed. You'll see in the center here, we're going to have this textured portion, which is going to help to prevent our feet from slipping off to one side or the other. It's going to be made out of a rubberized thermoplastic so it won't crack or break over time. It's going to provide as much protection as possible, reaching all the way up to your dash and setting off to the sides on either side on your center hump. Lifting up the bottom of our floor liner, you can see our stay put nibs along the bottom. This is going to help to prevent our floor liner from slipping along our carpet while this is installed. more

On our liner, instead of having it come onto our carpet, we've got this textures area here which will be helpful when using your right foot on your gas or break pedal. You can also see that our liner is going to extend up underneath our dash to provide as much protection as possible. At the back of our floor liner, we'll have our three mounting points. Those are going to secure to our factory mounting points on our carpet. more

Today on our 2017 Ram 1500, we'll be taking a look at the Aries StyleGuard custom floor liners in tan, part number AADGO13115T. This is also available in black, part number AADG013115B, and in grey, part number AADG013115G. Here we have our Aries StyleGuard floor liner installed. This is going to be a lot softer than some of our other rubberized floor liners. It's going to have a nice, carpeted feel, but also be sturdy enough that it will withstand any kind of dirt, debris or liquid that you have on here, or any wear and tear that might happen. The floor liner's going to have a raised, contoured edge which is going to help prevent dirt, debris and liquid from getting off of our liner and on to our carpet. Our liner's going to extend up underneath our dash, providing as much protection as possible underneath our gas and brake pedal. The floor liner has a texturized section here where your foot will rest when using the pedals. more

WeatherTech Front Floor Mat Installation - 2013 Ram 1500- Video

Today on our 2013 Ram 1500, we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mat in black, part number WT444771. This is also available in gray, part number WT464771, and tan, part number WT454771. Now you can see here on the floor of our Ram, we don't any factory floor mats or any kind of floor mat at all so our carpet's going to be susceptible to getting mud from our feet, or water from the rain, or just a bunch of dirt all over it. We'll go ahead and cure that problem by installing one of our WeatherTech over the hump floor mat. Take it and slide it in place. Now we can just lay it on top of the factory attaching points, and we'll lock it down. Now you can see we're going to have nice coverage across our sill plate here, going to wrap under against our A pillar, wrap under our pedals, and it's going to go all the way across the transmission hump of our vehicle and then back down against the front of our seats. Now it's going to act as a trough, or if you're to spill something it's going to go into this little reservoir area here, and the raised channels are going to help push all the dirt and debris away from your shoes. more

Today on our 2013 RAM 1500 we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mat in black. Part number WT444641. These are also available in grey, at part number WT464641, or in tan, part number WT454641. Here you can see with our factory style floor mat installed it's not giving you much coverage around the outside here or up under our pedals. It's allowing all this dirt and debris to get on our carpet. We can slide our new floor mat in place, and we'll slide them over the factory mounts and press it into position. You can see it's going to wrap around the bottom of our dash as well, and we're going to have full coverage on our transmission hump. more

Husky Liners WeatherBeater Front Floor Liners Review - 2015 Ram 1500- Video

Today on our 2015 Ram 1500, we'll be taking a look at the Husky Liners WeatherBeater Custom Floor Liners for the front in black, Part Number HL18001. These are also available in grey, Part Number HL18002 and in tan, Part Number HL18003. Here we have our driver's side installed. Along the bottom you'll see our channels that are going to help divert dirt and debris and liquid away from our edges. We also have this nice textured area that will help prevent our left foot from slipper. Our Husky Liners Floor Liner comes with a raised, contoured edge that's going to help dirt, debris and liquid from getting off of our liner and onto our carpet. It's going to be perfectly contoured for our vehicle, reaching all the way up under our cash to provide as much protection as possible underneath our gas and brake pedal. If we lift up the corner of our floor liner, you'll see our stay put nibs which are going to help prevent our floor mat from slipping and keeping that in place along our carpet. more

Today on our 2014 Ram 1500, we'll be taking a look at the Husky liners exact contour custom floor liners for the front in black, part number HL53511. Now here we have our Husky liners exact contour floor mat installed. These are the channels all along the bottom that are going to help divert dirt, debris and liquid away from your feet. We also have this non-skid padded area which will help keep your feet in place if they're wet while you drive. Our floor mat is going to contour exactly to our vehicle with a raised edge here which is going to help keep anything that spills on the inside. Our floor mat is going to extend up underneath our dash to give us as much protection as possible underneath our gas and brake pedals. We'll need to unclip it from the factory anchor point back here. Go ahead and pull it out. It'd be a good idea to go ahead and vacuum out any large debris. more

Husky Liners X-act Contour Front Floor Liners Installation - 2016 Ram 1500- Video

Today on this 2016 Ram 1500, we're going to be test fitting the Husky Liners Exact Contour Custom Auto Floor Liners, part number HL53511. These are going to be black in color. We'll start here on the driver's side. Just remove the original factory floor mat here. Then we'll go ahead and install our exact contour in its place. Now notice it does have stay put nubs on the bottom to keep it held in place so it won't shift around while you're driving. It also has points for the factory tie downs here. With our mat in place, you can see how it contours to the sides and even up and under the pedals of our driver's seat here. more

Today on our 2015 Dodge Ram, we have our Husky floor liners. Part number for this is: HL99011. Now our first step is going to be; take out our stock floor mats. We got two hooks in the back that I've already taken off. Before I put it in I just want to point out, we've got these stay put nibs. That will help it keep from sliding on you. Also, it has little divets for our hooks. more

WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Floor Mat Review - 2015 Ram 1500- Video

Today on our 2015 Dodge Ram we have our WeatherTech floor mat that we're going to install. Part number for that is WT452163. Now the first step, is going to be remove our stock floor mats. We're going to grab our WeatherTech floor mats and set them in place. Now this is going to be a little stiff coming out of the package, so you may need to work with it a little bit to get it to fit in all the grooves. Fits pretty good right now, the only thing I would do, is over time, it's going to kind of soften up a little bit so it fits better. more

Today, on our 2015 Dodge Ram, we have our WeatherTech floor mats, part number WT444781. The first step is going to be to remove our stock floor mats. We have to be careful that we don't just pull straight up. We do have the two hooks near the back of the floor mat that fit in these holes, and that'll hold those down. I've got my WeatherTech floor mat here. I'll just slide that up, and again, I gotta make sure I hook these hooks in here. As you can see, it's a nice tight fit. more

Today on our 2013 Ram 1500, we're going to review and install the Husky Weatherbeater custom auto floor liner for the second row, part #HL19031, black in color. This application is also available in grey, part #HL19032, or tan, part #HL19033. Here in our second row, we'll go ahead and take out the old . our manufacturer floor mats. As we take them out, we can see all the dirt and debris that builds up next to the floor mats, and over our center hump where we don't have any coverage area. Our Husky Weatherbeater custom floor liner not only has total coverage but this is a one piece liner that'll cover both the driver, passenger, and center hump. Note, when you first take them out of the box, they'll be a little oddly shaped in some places. more

Today our 2013 Ram 1500, we're going to review an install. The Husky Liner WeatherBeater Custom Auto Floor Liners for both the front and second row, part number HL99011, black in color. This application is also available in gray, part number HL99012, and tan, part number HL99013. Now to begin our install, we remove the older manufacturer's floor mat. Just got ahead and take it off of the hold-down posts here and then pull it out of the way. As we do, we can see the dirt and debris that's already fallen off of the floor liner and is getting onto the carpeting. As we slide the floor liner in place, you already get an idea of the additional coverage that it provides. more
